Delete your Smiti account

In the app

1. Open Smiti and go to the You tab.
2. Tap Privacy, then “Delete my account”.
3. Confirm. Your account and everything in it are deleted straight away.

To keep your login but start fresh, choose “Delete all my data” instead.

Without the app

Email privacy@smiti.app from the address you signed up with. We delete the account within 7 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

Everything: messages, chats, people, call recordings and transcripts, voice notes, payments, saved items, promises, memories and your login. Nothing is kept, except that backups which may still hold it are overwritten within 30 days. See the privacy page.
